Withdrawn / Clinton on Gun Control
Words: Clinton feels that all handguns should be licensed and registered and supports tough gun control laws - especially for young people. “We need to stand firm on behalf of sensible gun control legislation. We have to enact laws that will keep guns out of the hand of children and criminals and mentally unbalanced persons.”
Actions: Clinton voted AGAINST prohibiting lawsuits against firearm manufacturers for gun violence (2004 & 2005). The NRA has given her an “F”.
